Customer Service Rep Status: Full Time Location: Atlanta, GA Full positions are available for Customer Service Representatives to join a fast paced, rapidly growing Computer Reseller in Atlanta, Georgia. This position will report directly to the COO of Software More., and will involve challenging front-line interaction with the public via telephone and e-mail.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service calls and or emails in a professional manner. Typical calls are centered around order status, inventory availability, shipping status, return authorizations, policies, etc.
- Encourage customers to use the self service portions of the web site to include: returns, account management, track order and product specific questions.
- Follow-up on proof of delivery, tracking packages, credits and miscellaneous credits to make sure all problems are resolved with the customer.
- Present an upbeat attitude to the customer and partner with other team members internally to ensure the company’s success.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Computer literate ( Outlook, Browsers, Order Processing, etc.)
- Previous Customer Service role (s)
- Internet experience highly desirable
Compensation
This is hourly position. Overtime may be required during peak seasonal times.
Performance Objectives
After a week of training, folks will be prepared to take calls in the queue themselves. Typical reps in this job should be prepared to take 13 calls per hour With average talk time of 3.5 minutes or less and 15 emails per hour via our advanced customer self service process to communicate with our customers
